We are currently seeking a (permanent) Recruiting Community Lead for a Recruiting & Vendor Management driven organization virtually.

This Recruiting Alliance Lead/Manager should have a proven track record of handling customer outreach and managing customer relationships over the phone and on a web-based platform. This individual is tasked with the responsibilities of identifying, onboarding, and managing independent recruiters as well as staffing organizations.

Job description

As a community manager, you will be the champion of growing a community of recruiting professionals. You will use various marketing efforts, including field marketing, partnerships, and email marketing to contact staffing agencies nationwide. In this position, you will work very closely with the Head of Product, Marketing, and Account Managers to increase the user engagement.


Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for building a community of independent recruiters and staffing agencies nationwide through both online and offline channels.
  • You will be responsible for identifying, contact and convert recruiting professionals into users.
  • Provide first-class support and account management to independent recruiters and staffing agencies.
  • Increase the number of daily active users and decrease user churn rate.
  • You are data-driven and are comfortable using numbers to drive your initiatives forward.
  • Plan and conduct presentations and webinars to introduce the platform to new users and share updates to active users.
  • Establish relationships with independent recruiters and recruiting company owners.
  • Conduct Onboarding sessions via phone, GoToMeeting or live chat for new users.

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (ideal candidate will have degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or Communications)
  • At least 2+ years of experience working with professional services, technology, ecommerce, consulting or staffing company
  • Experience in Customer Support or Community Management position
  • Proficiency with writing (bulk emails) is essential for this role. Ability to write succinct emails with a high degree of accuracy is essential to this role.
  • Technology savvy person with deep interest in learning new tasks and technology
  • Highly organized individual with ability to handle multiple priorities and meet timelines
  • Ambitious, self-motivated and relationship driven.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Able to use functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP, etc.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Word: able to use functions such as Mail Merge, Track Changes, Accept/Reject Changes, Compare and Combine documents, etc.
  • Ability to prepare PowerPoint presentations and deliver a presentation virtually (via GoToMeeting and phone) is vital.
